Out take

This is an out take from a wedding I shot for a friend recently.  How cool is this guy?

Tradition

One of my nephews was christened recently into the Greek Orthodox Church.  Although I'm not religious, it was fascinating to watch and be a part of.  Traditional religious ceremonies are important no matter what beliefs you might have.  I believe we should treat them with respect.

The Turning

I was lucky enough to be a part of The Turning, the amazing Tim Winton film which is 17 short films. I only managed to take part in a small part of Family which the talented Shaun Gladwell directed. I can't wait to see it!

Auschwitz

Leave a message to a loved one.

Or leave a rose for a loved one.

The "hospital" where all the science experiments took place on the prisoners.

I went to Auschwitz because my Oma (Dutch for grandma) spent a short amount of time there during World War 11.  I wanted to see for my own eyes where she was during this horrible time of her life.   She is still alive (97 years old) but I could never tell her that I visited Auschwitz. She says this time of her life is in her past and she doesn't want to relive it.  Who would?
